Do I need a humidifier to my Cuban cigars if the humidity is already 75%?

I am currently keeping my cigars, some of Cohiba, Partagas, Punch and locked in the cedar box that accompanies the Cohiba. My room maintains a cool temperature and humidity around 75%, which corresponds to the half in the Philippines, and is maintained throughout the year, if almost everyone.

Its going to be a bit too much in my humble opinion compliment. Cigars also help reduce moisture and keep it stable ……
